Do I have to pay for updates?
No! EverGenius® is forever free. You never have to pay for an update. We give constant updates to our software on the regular. Because EverGenius® is on the cloud, when we make an update or add new feature, they automatically show up in your account!
Are my websites and data secure?
Yes! Security is our top priority, and we built EverGenius® from the ground up to make sure your websites, subscribers, and data are secure.
How long are your contracts?
There are no long term contracts or commitments. EverGenius® is a forever free solution that you can use whenever you want, for as long as you like!

If I don't like EverGenius®, how do I cancel?

If I cancel my EverGenius® account, will I lose my data?
As with most “software-as-a-service” platforms, when you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible, but don’t worry, before canceling you have the opportunity to request downloadable csv files of your contacts or you can “pause” your account and we’ll keep everything backed up so you can come back again later!
Do I have to install anything?
No! We created EverGenius so you wouldn’t have to have a whole IT department to run your website! Just login and you will see your stats, sales funnels, website traffic and more all updated. (requires connection to external services where necessary)
Can I host the pages myself?
No, we’re a hosted, “software-as-a-service” platform. We do this so that we can make sure you get all of the updates, new features, and so your websites won’t break.
Can I integrate my favorite autoresponders into EverGenius?
Yes. While we suggest that most people only use the built-in Genius Funnels option within EverGenius® to run your company, we also know that some of you have your own favorite tools you’ve used in the past, so we integrate with most of the top service providers to make your experience much better.
What happens when I run out of my free 25 texts and voice messages?
When signing up for EverGenius®, you are provided with a tracking phone number along with the ability to send up to 25 texts and voice messages for free. This lets you test drive the messaging system in our software. Once you use up your quota and want to keep using our phone communication features, you can top-up your account with up to 5,000 text and voice messages at a time and generate a tracking number with an area code of your choice (subject to availability). This gives you the ability to not only send but also receive messages and record phone calls.
Topping up can be a one-off payment, or if you expect to send lots of messages regularly, you can choose to auto-renew your payment and cancel at any time. You can upgrade and downgrade your pricing tiers whenever you want – it’s all up to you.
If you don’t want to pay for talk and text communication, you are still able to use other features of EverGenius®, completely free!
